1. Service

ICHIP.CC aggregates publicly accessible chip data and provides search, tracking and export tools. The service is provided “as is”; data may be delayed, incomplete or different from the source site. It is not procurement or investment advice.

2. Accounts and access codes

No email is required to register. The access code is the only login credential; keep your own backup. An email is optional and only used for inventory notifications. A lost access code cannot be recovered; we do not restore it by email or in-app message.

3. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid and charged per completed model. New users receive signup credits; daily check-in also earns credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable and may be adjusted when prices change. Payment is accepted in BTC and XMR only; top-ups are minimum $1.

4. Refunds

Top-ups are non-refundable once completed. BTC / XMR transfers are irreversible. Please confirm the amount before paying. If you are unsure, start with a small top-up.

5. Privacy

We process the data needed to run the service: your access code, IP address, user agent, request time, model lists, platforms, usage and credits, and optional notification email / Resend key if you provide them. Purposes are login, billing, scheduling, notifications, security and troubleshooting.

• Queries are sent to the source sites you select; those sites process them under their own policies.
• We do not sell personal data.
• Logs and model details are retained per configuration and then pruned; rotated backups may remain for a limited period.
• You can request access, export or deletion via the in-app Contact button.
• We use TLS, HttpOnly cookies and hashed admin passwords, but no service can guarantee absolute security.

6. Hosting and international transfers

The service is hosted on servers located in the European Economic Area (EEA). Your data may be processed in the country where the server is located. We use TLS, access controls and data minimization. By using the service you understand that data may be processed outside your country.

7. Cookies and local storage

Only essential cookies are used: credit_token (customer session, HttpOnly) and ic_admin_token (admin session). The language preference is stored in localStorage as console.lang. There are no ads, tracking pixels or third-party analytics. The CAPTCHA is self-hosted.

8. Data sources, trademarks and disclaimer

Data is read from publicly accessible product pages. Trademarks belong to their owners; ICHIP.CC is not affiliated with the distributors or manufacturers listed. Users are responsible for complying with the source sites' terms. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness or continuous availability.

9. Acceptable use

Do not abuse the service, resell access, scrape the service itself, bypass rate limits, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend an account that violates these rules.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted, ICHIP.CC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions made based on the data. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

11. Changes and contact
